Habitats

The class has enjoyed learning about plants and animals on a unit with Mrs. King, our new student teacher. A culminating activity they have been working on is creating habitats!  

Rocks and minerals

Our class has had a lot of fun learning about rocks and minerals. We had a special presenter, Mr. Carr, bring his rock collection to share with the third graders. 

Also, students have been researching their own rocks.  They are in the process of finishing Google slides presentations on their rocks.
